Siporty is a donation website that provides a platform for content creators and streamers to get paid by their fans. There are more than 500 content creators with more than 2 million fans in Tunisia. However, Influencers struggle to make a living from social media. Streamers are using an international website to get donations due to the lack of international payment-methods in Tunisia, donations are rare. Siporty will help fans to interact and support their favorite streamers and content creators. Via these donations fans can better interact with their favorite creators while they are on live stream or in videos. By donating fans can text their favorite creators. Therefore, they read it on live stream or in videos it makes fans feel more valuable as active participants.For instance in Twitch a Tunisian team called TATATA streamed 24h charity live stream made about 4000d donors had to go to Tunisian Post to donate or by having PayPal account. Another twitch streamer called Maher Kwenji streamed 15h charity live stream made about 3000d, donations were made through SMS text.Siporty is used by Mekki Zarrouk (245k on Youtube,35k on Twitch), Jelyfish (64k on Youtube, 40k on Twitch), Down (10k on Twitch, 1.3k on Youtube), Maroven (13k on Twitch,1.8k on Youtube), Knights of Bizertin Rise (an ESports club). and more creators. Siporty fee is 8.2% of successfully processed payments. Payment processing fees are 1.8%. Payments can be done via Paymee app.We surveyed 134 people to ask them about whether they would donate money to help Content creator to upgrade his/her set-up or make a living from social media 36.6% said yes. 31 people said they will donate 1 to 5 dinars and 15 people said they would donate 5 to 10 dinars a month.We believe 1% of subscribers or Livestream viewers will donate.
