The client, is free to use any Independent Inspector to verify the results and issue the required certificate of quality.Treatment of your off-spec cargo can be accomplished a number of different ways including during loading or discharge of the vessel/barge, onboard the vessel/barge, in tankage with proper mixing, during tank transfers, or during the voyage. Petrochem Energy personnel are available to travel with the vessel to reduce delays in treatment.
