Karnaco by relying on innovative thinking, sustainable architecture, giving identity to design and architecture, innovative technologies, customs of each region, along with social studies in the field of urban beautification and psychology studies of the employer in the field of architecture is ready to cooperate with all governmental and private sectors. Besides all of its goals in architecture, Karnaco Company had a vision for the application of innovative technologies in the construction at the beginning of establishment in the year 2102, and upon completion of this program; a separate department called the departments of intelligent building was opened in 2102. The Department of Intelligent Building is ready to cooperate in areas of consulting, design, supervision, equipment, installation and comprehensive solutions in the field of constructing intelligent buildings. Due to its set of goals, The Department of Intelligent Building which works in the field entrepreneurship and creating jobs along with specialized training with International Certification is ready to cooperate with the engineers and young people.
