Education Solutions consists of: 1) Parent-paid supplemental services at Sylvan Learning Centers for specific educational enrichment and remedial needs. 2) Supplemental Education Services (SES) where the company contracts to provide services in reading and/or math tutoring. 3) Prometric Test Center a highly secure, integrated test proctoring facility. 4) Talk-Shop, a call center, delivers consultative support to parents, students, and educators looking for additional instructional programs to augment the classroom. Our goals: To help close the gap that exists between Ohio and Kentucky schools and the nation's schools. To create a partnership with the teachers by offering year round academic growth and development opportunities.
