By harnessing the latest technology and working in an innovative way TrustonTap has brought down the cost of care but still ensures that the team of carers are paid at a good rate for the brilliant work they do. In fact, the handpicked team keep around 80 per cent of their client's fee compared with around 40 per cent via a traditional care agency- As a result, they are better motivated and able to deliver better quality, more consistent care and support to clients.The business has the ability and ambition to create a fundamental change to the UK Care market, to reduce the cost of care, whilst improving the supply of quality, motivated carers.
