IWS is a theater company with people who are perfectly able to say Institute of Wisecrack Standards at a time and was established by Uğur Uludağ and Gökhan Semiz in 1990. IWS took the first professional step to show bussiness in 1995. They have created a great deal of fans through 13different plays on stage, 2 TV series (The Singles andThe Third Kind) and a movie called "There is another Possibility".In 2007, IWS broke theatrical ground in Turkey by bringing American actor ADRIAN SPARKS and the production of PAPA to Turkey for an extended tour, which included numerous Theaters, Universities, and a special engagement with the prestigious Mujdat Gezen Art Academy. In the capital city of Ankara, PAPA was invited to represent the United States in The 2007 Ankara International Theater Festival. Mr. Sparks participated in the United Nations Development Program Knowledge Fair, during which he conducted several acting workshops with University students from all over Turkey.
