Advanced Health and Performance Institute is a Quantitative EEG (Electroencephalography) BrainMapping (qEEG) and Neurofeedback Research and Training provider. QEEG uses the "brainwaves"​ that come through the scalp to be analyzed to give the user a present state of brain function. Neurofeedback is the method by which the brainwaves are guided to a better distribution of brain activity which can improve sleep, concentration, mood, cognitive sharpness, help with the rehabilitation of head injuries and many more.We work to provide Doctors/Clinicians, Universities, college and professional sports training institutes or researchers with the necessary tools to use both technologies for their application. The tools consist of the hardware, software and accessories to be fully equipped and up and running after a 2-3 day workshop. We provide support to the client after the workshop that will qualify them to become BCIA (Biofeedback Certification Institute of America) board certified, if they choose to pursue that route. We also offer the services to clients who are not ready to do it themselves.We have also strategically partnered with NFB Research Labs, Inc., a UCF Incubator Client. AHPI's founder is also a co-founder of NFB. NFB designs, researches, develops and manufactures the devices that AHPI uses to conduct its workshops and training.
