We're a tight-knit group of engineers, editors, and creatives combining humans and technology to create a new model for digital publishing. Together, we’re building an open platform where anyone can share their ideas and where over 100 million readers come to find insightful and dynamic thinking—and we’re growing fast. At Medium, we celebrate diversity in people, perspectives, and experiences, and we encourage new ideas and experimentation. Like our platform, there's room for you and your ideas to breathe — you’re not constrained by your job description. And we know that your life outside of Medium is just as important as the one inside of it. We’re creating a better place on the Internet for ideas, and we’d love for you to join us.
