AJMN is a nonprofit (501 (c) 3) corporation located in Birmingham, Alabama created to coordinate and assist state-wide Christian ministry efforts to those impacted by the criminal justice system. Our overall purpose is to better serve those involved with the criminal justice system. Alabama Justice Ministries Network works to connect churches and expand the role of the faith community within the prisons, jails, and juvenile detention centers in Alabama. We partner with Prison Fellowship, TASC, various transition homes, rehabilitation programs, prison ministries and victim's assistance programs throughout the Jefferson County area. AJMN administers the Jefferson County Jail Ministry, the Jefferson County Community Partnership for Recovery and Reentry Network and the Robert E. Doyle: Mentoring Birmingham Program.
