Our staff brings to each project a combined total of sixty years of experience in various facets of the construction industry.Founded in 1989 by Alain (Al) McCann, as Antech Consulting, we have undergone a few name changes over the years to reflect the level and type of services offered.To better serve our growing clientele, our new name and re-branding to North South Studio was necessary to better reflect our new online service delivery model, increased We are fully licensed (BCIN Certified) with the registration unit of the Buildings Branch at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as well as affiliated with other governing trade associations. We offer all the necessary resources to provide services in all building disciplines.With over 4000 projects successfully designed and completed throughout Ontario, we pride ourselves in providing our clients with exceptional products and services. We use the latest in Computer Aided Drafting software including Autocad, Revit Architecture and BIM (Building Information Modeling). Drawings, designs or reports produced from our office are of the highest standard and accuracy. Our services include architectural, structural and mechanical design for both Houses and Small Buildings as prescribed by the Building Code Act. We also provide Inspection, Building Condition Assessment and Building Code Analyses services to a variety of clients and agencies.
