The Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity is the official charity fundraising exclusively for the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales. The health and wellbeing of children is central to our organisations' mission and we are proud to provide such vital support to thousands of patients from across Wales and beyond. The hospital delivers specialist and life-saving treatment to 73,000 children each year, while many others are seen in its clinics throughout the country. Originally set up as an appeal to build and equip the national children's hospital for Wales, the second phase of which was opened in 2015, the charity now continues to work hand in hand with the hospital, providing funding for the most up to date equipment and facilities. It also funds support services for families like the play specialist team, who help children be children, despite the difficulties they are facing.
