Alan S Lam leads Greenvilla Development Group's team of carefully selected professionals to successfully complete the arduous process of re-purposing a piece of raw land into a plot of land ready to develop according to the strict guidelines of the Ontario Planning Act, Municipal Act, Water Resources Act and Ontario Building Code. Since 1994, Greenvilla has been considered a leading company in land development and consultancy. Over the last decade, Greenvilla expanded to include a Building division, when "Greenvilla Homes" was established. Since 1997, over 400 houses across the GTA have proudly carried the Greenvilla Homes logo and the promise for better lifestyles that accompanies its products. Success followed swiftly and in 2003, Greenvilla was awarded the coveted President's Award from TARION for outstanding After Sales Services. This earned Greenvilla a nomination for the Ernest Assaly Ontario Builder of the Year. However, the large majority of projects are generated through land development. Over 1000 acres of land have been consulted on, in varied Regions from Durham, to Toronto, to Niagara, and York. The resulting land uses have had equally broad ranges: residential, commercial, industrial, community usage, and transit. Countless municipal, regional and provincial guidelines have been followed and navigated, giving clients the opportunity to maximize the potential of the land brought to Greenvilla's doorstep. In 19 years, Greenvilla has overseen: -16 community development projects -4500 residential lot approvals for construction -Over $260,000,000 worth of construction Development and building is far from an exact science and much of the expertise that Greenvilla has gained over the decades has been through responding and adapting to the unique situations with each piece of land.
