I set up ABC Minicoach Hire with a single vehicle in 2005 and in the early days carried out all duties by myself. I was manager, driver, mechanic, booking agent and cleaner! But from this slow and very demanding start the business is now flourishing. The saying "Mighty oaks from small acorns grow" has motivated me to develop the business and help achieve this by understanding customer needs and doing everything possible to provide a quality, personalised service at a competitive price. The business has grown each year since its foundation and now operates several executive minicoaches that meet high industry standards. The staff has also grown with professional drivers, mechanics and administration team who all share the ambition to set and deliver the highest possible levels of service with the aim of winning customer loyalty. We are moving forward with plans for further expansion in the very near future.
