Copying and pasting directly into the student's virtual environment is fully supported without lag, as is Audio for Lync Server and Skype for Business courses.All students connect via web browser using ports 80 & 443 over HTML5 which will be available at the majority of customer's sites. Should this pose an issue, there are two alternative connection methods available and fully supported including RDP direct to the lab host.There are no setup fees in order to start using our lab environment.No waiting for support services to open in another part of the world.
