Affordable housing: Allen Temple CEDC has 46 single-family rental houses throughout the Sterling, Green Avenue, and Southernside neighborhoods in Greenville. We also completed our first development in Pickens earlier this year. These houses are developed to be affordable to working families earning 50 to 60% of the area median income. Allen Temple Community Economic Development Corporation (ATCEDC) is a 501(c)(3) that exists for the purpose of bringing affordable housing and economic development to neighborhoods that are underserved by the normal stream of for-profit development and economic activity.
