Evolve Wellington Youth Service is a not for profit organisation committed to empowering young people to unleash their potential. We are part of a network of Youth One Stop Shops around New Zealand that emphasizes the importance of connection to community, family, school and peers, fostering resilience and supporting young people to make positive decisions. Our mission is to enhance the health, development and well-being of young people in Wellington. We offer a range of services including medical, counselling, advocacy, social support, school clinics, health promotion and work shops for young people between 10-25 years old. From inception young people and youth participation have been the cornerstone to our service and everything we do. Half of the governing board membership of Evolve is allocated to young people to ensure the youth voice will always underpin the direction of the service.
