Starting as a small shop of Swedish immigrants, we initially manufactured wood screens and sash for windows, doors and porches. Using a storefront location on Racine Avenue to sell its products to surrounding neighborhood homes and businesses, Auburn Screen Company became well-known within Chicagoland.
