DOI, a fund of O. Doron Financing and Investment Inc., was founded in 2005 by CPA Oren Doron, in the goal of providing financing solutions to developers and contractors in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and real-estate development. Since its establishment, DOI has helped hundreds of companies through the DOI FUND, it manages by providing the necessary capital to get these projects off the ground. Through DOI Financial Counseling, the Fund has enlisted a variety of loans suited to the client's needs – both bank loans and non-bank loans, for purposes of covering running expenses or for specific uses, as part of a holistic approach to the different financial needs of developers and building contractors living in a business environment that requires high liquidity along with capital connections for varying time spans. DOI has always focused on providing supplemental capital for residential real-estate projects in Israel and on providing loans and capital for the various construction fields. In the course of time, DOI added to its primary activity additional forms of financing solutions, which evolved from our deep acquaintance with our clients and the need to provide additional solutions for the capital and credit needs of developers and contractors in the complex and expanding area of construction, infrastructure, and real estate in Israel. To date, DOI has implemented dozens of successful investments, provided financing through the DOI Fund, and entered many real-estate development projects and financial collaborations across the country with a range of different developers and contractors.
