Endostart is a start-up founded in May 2018 for the development and manufacture of a new generation of medical devices for gastrointestinal endoscopy. Endostart has developed a novel proprietary Magnetic Balloon Anchoring Technology (MBAT) to facilitate completion of difficult endoscopies. The Endostart MBAT approach will be implemented in a variety of tools for upper and lower gastrointestinal tract procedures. The first product developed is Endorail System aimed at enabling fast completion of challenging colonoscopies. Endostart is supported by private investors and led by a highly professional team and an international board with multi-exit experience. Endorail System CE mark has been achieved in 2019. Quality Management System has been implemented and ISO 13485 accreditation achieved.
