Fifth Star SC was established in 2020 as a town planning company which can also provide Land surveying services in TSHWANE through its root company LDP PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYORS (established in 1979).The three directors of Fifth Star sc (pty) ltd brings more than 36 years of combined professional experience in the fields of town planning and land surveying to this new company, ranging from building line relaxations to township establishments.The new brand of town planning was established with the vision of creating new opportunities not only through the development approvals of our clients, but also for young town planners trying to enter the industry acting as mentors in the profession and life.Although town planning processes can be challenging, we value our client's experience.
