Having completed several courses in dog grooming and dog care, All Dogs Great and Small approached, vets, pet shops and dog owners in the area and researched what was available in terms of grooming and boarding and what they felt the market was looking for, based on this research the business identified that dog owners were no longer looking for the traditional boarding kennels for their dogs where dogs are left in cages all day with little or no interaction, what they were looking for was a home from home for their pets when they were away and quality feedback as to how their pets were doing. Dog owners often feel bad being away from their pets and genuinely want the best for them, All Dogs Great and Small can show owners that their dog are having a good time and can relax. There was no grooming service in the immediate area and the combination of these two services was very appealing to customers a one stop shop for all their pet care needs.
