First Destination is a Trucking company from Darien, IL ,established 2018 .The trucking company is pretty young company but the owners are in the trucking business since 2012 working on a different areas of the business.We know all the aspects of the business.Starting as a drivers, then owner operators, to safety directors in a big company, to opening our own company.Our fleet at the moment is 15 trucks of which all of them are not older than 2016.We have nice and new equipment ,and we plan on keeping it that way.That helps us to be always on time and make a good service to our costumers.We have different options in our Company.We drive from refrigerator food to fleeted and stepdeck loads.We offer local and over the road service.We are focusing on working with good costumers ,trying to make they transport much easier and get the product deliver on time.Our safety score is in good shape and that is how we plan to staying in future.Because we know how important is the safety in this business.We have a special rules in our company that we don't hire drivers that don't have more than 2 years of experience.They need to have more than 2 years over the road experience ,clean driving record, and need to be under insurance.We use a special safety program for the drivers, so every time a driver come to work for us he needs to go special class and test and get a certificate for that.We are focusing on making our fleet to grow with more options for our costumers but still keep the good work and get the job done.We currently have 2 offices in Illinois and one overseas.We are using trucking devices on all of our truck so we can always give a current location to our customer and be on top of the things.We are young but very focus, dedicated, organized company and we ready to proof that to every costumer that wants to work with us.Trucking is changing, so be a part of the change with First Destination Company!
