A young man named Johan wakes up in an empty church in the middle of a ghost town. Much as a child in a man's body he is lost, with no memories, unable to speak and haunted by visions that he cannot understand. His father, communicating through an old radio, informs him that he is being kept prisoner by the evil demons living in the town. Pushed by a heroic heart, Johan sets on a mission to overcome darkness and save his father. Throughout his journey, he is conflicted with his mission as he starts to see human traits in these demons, contrary to his father's word. At the same time, his speech starts to develop, and with it his ability to question.Finally, with blood-stained hands, a fragile mind and his kindliness lost, Johan will have to make a final decision: ending with his father, the demons or himself.
