As such, I've actively participated in IT's hardware and software transformation, the social media evolution and pain points all too familiar to individuals, startups, and businesses of all sizes and industries. Initially, we were referred to as a break-fix company, helping consumers and small businesses deal with immediate hardware/software problems and often wowing them by demonstrating their technologies' capabilities.
