Alex Maher's Company Details
Fractal was born out of a desire to help innovators and disruptors harness the full power of custom software development - and to help business and technology leaders attract, discover, enable and retain the top tier talent they need to capitalize on global scale opportunities. We can help you build the MVP of a new software product and help you empower a new or existing internal tech team all at the same time. Our teams consist of tenured software developers who treat code as a craft, product managers who are passionate about lean prioritization, accelerating time to market and minimizing risk and product designers who will ensure that your user is at the center of every UI / UX decision and that what you are building is exactly what is needed - nothing less but also nothing more. We believe that many companies need help to get really, really damn good at building custom software, structuring and enabling internal teams and cultivating the practices and methodologies that will enable them to thrive. Our practitioners have worked with Amazon, Google, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros, Sony and NBC Universal as well as local LA startups that have gone from a handful of people trying to launch a product to become billion dollar unicorns. So if you want to understand how we can help you realize your vision then just shoot us a note and say hi :-)
