Founded in 1978, IOCS Asia Pte Ltd is an engineering systems house specialising in the supply and support of computer based products and services.Our company is structured to address customers' needs through four verticals:Process & Power Project Cost ManagementDeveloping Prototypes in PCBHigh Speed Computing and programming or developer toolsThe Founder :Dr David Frank HAINES, "David", obtained his B.Sc.(Eng) in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. in Automatic Control from University College London in 1964 and 1967 respectively. After working for Westland Helicopters (Yeovil, England – 1967-1969) and Kode Ltd (Calne, England – 1969-1973) he joined the then University of Singapore (now NUS) as a Lecturer .
