INITIAL CONSULTATIONWe at Empire Solar Solutions pride ourselves on precision when it comes to designing systems. Each roof has their own unique size, pitch, azimuth, and most importantly, the percentage of sunlight received. Contrary to industry practices, we conduct a site survey before an initial consultation to guarantee accuracy on production, determine if any tree work is necessary, and expedite the project intake which leads to quicker installs. PROJECT INTAKE AND INSTALLATIONOnce a project is approved the process that takes place must be executed effectively or delays occur. After the site survey we will coordinate with third party engineers, the State of New York, and your building department. Most solar companies take anywhere from six to twelve months before installation and we guarantee ninety days or less. MONITORINGEvery system comes equipped with a twenty year warranty and we provide complementary monitoring to ensure top notch efficiency.
