3D Fitness is movement studio where clients are encouraged to connect mind and body to strengthen the power of both every day. We are a progressive training studio with half the building dedicated to Pilates, including equipment such as reformers, towers and chairs. The other half is more difficult to describe; Personal & Small Group Training can have many meanings to people. At 3D Fitness, our objective is to get your body the results you want, without doing any harm along the way. Empowered with the most current knowledge of the body, and of the most effective training strategies and techniques, we let our only our imaginations limit us while planning your programs.
