WoonHolland is a real estate developer with an office located in The Hague. Here we started renovating residential houses and apartments and we now focus primarily on the (re) development and transformation into homes and apartments of outdated office buildings, among other things.Our homes are of high quality and have character. With vision we create homes that are functional in design, have a sleek and contemporary finish and offer an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. You recognize us by our natural materials, modern colors and open design style. We strive to restore the houses to their former glory with contemporary comfort, taking into account the preservation of authentic details. The objects that we purchase have their original character and are located in attractive neighborhoods in the Randstad and the Groene Hart. Every day we are looking for new objects that can be renovated or (re) developed by WoonHolland. It is being investigated whether the WoonHolland look & feel will be applied. With a team of specialists we make a suitable renovation plan that takes into account the original architecture of the home or building. We have our own architect who draws the design for the house and draws up the specifications. We set up a construction team in the very short term and we use contractors and suppliers from our permanent pool of partners. As a result, we know that we work with professional specialists who are competent, deliver quality and that the renovation is carried out safely and in accordance with legal requirements. Together we are working on the realization of our WoonHolland homes. In all these years we have gathered a group of partners around us, who stand for sustainability and craftsmanship.
