Much of the work undertaken is at no or minimal cost to our clients.The work undertake includes - Recovery of unpaid rent and other charges relating to let or managed property;- Resolution of other non monetary breaches including unlawful aterations, unlawful use or subletting;- Recovery of possession from unwanted tenants and squatters; and- Advice on all matters affecting the effective management of residential property.The dispute resolution work is generally undertaken at no cost to our clients with the defaulting opponent paying our fees.The legal team at KDL Law is led by Kevin Lever, a Solicitor and formerly the Head of the Leasehold Enforcement Team at a Top 100 City and Regional Law Firm. Kevin has over 28 years experience in residential property and an excellent reputation in the residential property management sector. The team also consists of Faye Didcote, a Senior Solicitor, and Susan Fox, a Senior Litigation Executive both with a vast amount of experience in this specialist area of the law. The team is further assisted by specialist trained paralegals and support staff.
