Not only are we a leader in garlic, but we also manufacture and distribute other spices including fresh ginger, dried chili products, and dehydrated onion. Harmoni International Spice is the leading supplier of low micro and non-pesticide dehydrated garlic and other spices. Our farming operations are located in the rich soils of Shandong and Henan provinces in China. We have processing plants in multiple locations that are all Kosher (OU) certified and periodically audited by the U.S. Food Safety Standards.
