Mind body and pole offer pole dancing lessons for fitness and fun to women of all ages and from all walks of life. We welcome a huge variety of women to our classes each week who range in age, size, shape and fitness level; proving that ANYONE can learn to pole dance!Our classes are held in Mytchett, Camberley at our dedicated Pole Fitness Studio. Pole dancing is a challenging, rewarding form of exercise, gradually building all over body strength and defined muscle tone. Pole fitness will help improve flexibilty, posture and co-ordination.Our pole dance classes have a maximum of 8 people per class, meaning either 1 or 2 per pole, giving you plenty of pole time. Classes are fun and friendly, offering lots of support and encouragement.We offer weekly group classes, private lessons, pole parties, hen do's, routine workshops and much more!
