LifeShare Blood Center regularly supplies blood components to approximately 100 medical facilities primarily throughout Louisiana, East Texas and South Arkansas. They are one of just six AABB accredited molecular labs in the world and provide consultative services utilizing specialized testing to resolve the most difficult compatibility or serological problems including such specialized tests such as the monocyte-monolayer assay (MMA), which is performed by only four laboratories in the country.
