Prime Care Coordination began as a means to prepare for the shift to care coordination and managed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through the collaboration of providers in local communities, an Article 44 license was obtained and iCircle was created, providing services to anyone needing Medicaid Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) services.
