We are immorise - a startup from Berlin, founded in 2019. We digitize real estate. We believe, that the real estate industry needs to be digitized just like the rest of the world to be more efficient. We are already using the benefits of digitization in our work. Our team scans properties with 3D scanners to create a point cloud. Our algorithm evaluates the point clouds, segments them and vectorizes them into a CAD model (IFC). Our architects check and extend the CAD models to any desired level of detail (LOD), if required. The already digitized objects as BIM models are available to our customers 24/7 as Digital Twin on our online platform on any end device. Depending on the selected product, the customer can view and share his BIM models free of charge, evaluate and edit them together with his business partners and order further updates of the BIM models as a complete solution from immorise if desired. Our platform is connected to your own management software or the software of your service providers via an open API.
