It is our belief that fitness is a journey, not a destination.Our combination of safe, smart, and effective exercise programming with long-term changes in nutrition and daily habits creates a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable for the next 10, 20, 50 or more years.Elite BodyWorks is a privately owned personal training studio that provides personal training, nutrition guidance, and fitness classes geared towards lifestyle changes. Our staff includes experienced and knowledgeable fitness professionals who hold a Bachelor's degree in the Exercise Science field and a certification from a reputable fitness association as a Medical Exercise Specialist, certified personal trainer or certified fitness instructor.Our personal trainers are experts in corrective exercise for muscular imbalances and exercise programming for special populations. We work with all fitness levels, however having Medical Exercise Specialists on staff allows us to provide fitness conditioning programs for people with joint disorders, 30+ lbs of weight loss, and chronic medical conditions. We use the science of exercise to design an exercise program based on your goals, your lifestyle, and your medical history.
