ELEVER is the first Gamification Management System (GMS). The system consists of a learner app, a trainer app and a back-end for admins and program manager.In order to effectively combat learning apathy and to lay the foundation for a new learning culture, we have built the system for customers who want to break new grounds in training and further education, which focuses away from "training someone" towards "enabling learning in a community".Through data analysis and artificial intelligence, we enable institutions and organizations to professionalize the targeted application, adjustment and orchestration of various motivators. This makes lifelong learning possible as part of the everyday life of learners.The ELEVER App is a learner-centric learning experience platform for self-directed learning.Our gamified experiences adapt to the individual progress of the learner. At the same time we enable learning in and with the community. Learners are connected several times a week to learn from each other. After a while, in a 2nd phase, they also create content that is consumed and appreciated by their fellow learners.Learners get into the flow easily without feeling that they are stressed out. They are free to choose their learning intensity.Although the app is free of charge an invitation from the host institution or organization is required to register. After registration, the actions relevant to the individual learning path will be activated.
