Established in Wilmington, North Carolina in 1996, Canines for Service (CFS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the longest running, internationally accredited service dog provider in North Carolina. CFS's mission is to inspire veterans through life-changing canine partnerships. Over the past 25 years, Canines for Service has trained over 150 dogs and worked with more than 100 clients.
