Some offal are extremely challenging to produce for foreign markets especially in a high turnover industry. Our decades of experience in the industry can improve production yields and overall efficiency of operations. We have set up and consulted on offal rooms in three of the largest beef corporations in the US as well as dozens of smaller cow packers all across the United States. Additionally we have set up production rooms in Brazilian, Canadian and Australian slaughter houses.
