Latte Art Love is founded on passion for the art of great coffee prepared with extra care & artistic flare to cater events as a pop up cafe. We are building a unique portable catering service to provide an artistic and delicious coffee experience to Calgary and surrounding area.THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER Elle Nguyen, creator of Latte Art Love, has been trained by a local roaster on coffee tasting and by a local coffeehouse on barista services during her university years. She started off as a barista and worked her way to Cafe Manager. She has a full understanding of customer service, safe food practices, workforce management, and the financial operations of running a cafe.After she left university and entered the real world workforce, she continued with latte art at home and her skills exploded! Since 2008, Elle has been creating art with milk foam and espresso. She started with "pouring" the art, but coffee etching is where she excels the most. She has shared her art on her blog, Life of Elle Calgary and Life of Elle Canada, and now the works of Latte Art Love are available on our own social media channels.Latte Art Love focuses heavily on specialty coffee preparation and adds to the coffee culture by serving drinks prepared with care and uniquely marked with coffee etches of artistic flair. Latte Art Love baristas work or have worked behind the bar of cafes, ensuring that each cup served at one of our events is of high quality every time. We are working to make each basic Latte Art Love bar unit easy for one barista to set up and service. Additional upgrades can be applied for bigger events. SUPPORT US We are building the base operation and working out the kinks, so the portable cafe can be serviced by any artistically talented barista. We will also provide training sessions to those interested in becoming a Latte Art Love barista.
