The story of El Capitan's Garlic Salsa came about when our precious dog Rufai (6-2000 to 10-2009) was diagnosed with cancer. In order to fund her treatment we started to create and sell this salsa that my mother made at home for us. Unfortunately, Rufai passed away abruptly to her cancer. The salsa we sell is to honor Rufai's memory and that her death wasn't in vain.
