In 1991, the Salehi Brotherhood started their business by establishing a small workshop with an area of 200 square meters. The workshop was located in the Ganj Tappeh industrial zone on the Bahar-Laljin road in Hamedan province. Therefore, due to the existence of agricultural lands, especially cucumber cultivation in that area, the idea of producing fermented cucumbers was economically justified. At the beginning of the production work was done manually with a small number of native forces. The passage of time and the acceptance of manufactured products created the need for a larger industrial unit, and management expanded the workshop. In 2000, Salehi's small workshop became Salehi Peyman's food industry on a 1,200-square-meter plot of land, managed by young forces. This process of growth and maintenance of high quality products in 2005 led to the redevelopment of the company and was built in factories with an area of 6000 square meters with 3 production halls for pickles and production of pickles and sauces. At present, Hamedan Food Industries, one of the largest producers of pickles and saltines in the country, is trying to diversify its products and expand the basket of goods in new markets.
