The Bridge Marbella has been created to help anyone, of any age and background, to recover from drug and alcohol addiction. With a focus on long-term recovery, our secluded, pioneering residence has been founded by Howard, Zalyia and Ali Silver who all have their own addiction tale to tell. The Bridge and its team focus not only on primary rehab, but also secondary after care, a vital part of the recovery journey which is often overlooked once primary recovery draws to a close. Our team includes the Silver family, a Clinical Director, an in-house therapist and invited experts, and we are pioneers in secondary treatment and aftercare. Wellness, nutrition and selfcare, in conjunction with professional support helps residents navigate the long road to re-entering day-to-day life. Services provided include: cognitive behavioural therapy; group therapy; one to one therapy; family liaisons and support; in-house yoga and Pilates; trauma therapy; body image workshops; private GP; 12 step meetings; nutritional rehabilitation and experiential therapy. Our recovery model assumes that clients don't fail treatment, rather it's the traditional treatment model that often fails clients. The secondary treatment programme offers a comprehensive range of services to support clients and their families in their recovery, focusing on working with clients' families and loved ones—those who are often most directly affected by the behaviours which are associated with addiction. Our mission is to ensure that our patients leave The Bridge physically and emotionally strong having learnt how to plan realistically for the future and offer them the tools and long-term support to give them the best chance of success. Once you've been to The Bridge you become one of the family and we're always available to help navigate the reality of life in recovery – it truly is The Bridge to normal living.
