The Inspire and Achieve Foundation (IAF) inspires disadvantaged, hard to reach young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) to work towards a positive future within the D2N2 area.We provide mentoring and other structured activities that improve young people's self motivation, attitude and behaviours towards education, employment and supporting their local community. We deliver outreach projects and workshops in partnership with colleges, charities and employment support agencies, and provide basic information advice and guidance so young people can find the help and support they need to progress.We believe that every young person in difficult circumstances has a story behind their background and that each of them deserve a second chance with opportunities for support to turn their lives around.
