Our officers are trained in defensive tactics, first aid and CPR, the National Incident Management System (NIMS), customer service and conflict resolution. Better People – All MPI officers must meet one of the following criteria: 24 college credits (preferably in Criminal Justice, EMT/paramedic/firefighter certification), current or prior military service with an honorable discharge, or current or former law enforcement or corrections service.
