We work with people who need to make drastic, often sudden changes to their eating and lifestyle habits with the intent to prevent or free themselves from pain and/or physical disease. First we gather all existing information from their doctors and/or nutritionists, assess and identify what they need in order to move from their current state to their goal state, and then we provide the coaching, mentoring, and learning resources necessary to guide them, step-by-step, to a place where they can nourish AND love their lives. We do NOT facilitate fad diets or promise instant gratifications that are not good for your body and never work long-term; instead we help integrate lasting eating and lifestyle habits by gradually adding in healthier practices that systematically replace the unhealthy habits and lead to a healthier, happier (and often lighter) client.
