Tired of working in a cut-throat environment that was "every man for himself", she had the novel idea that people could work together. Yes, as a team.She sat down and made a list of the "ideal loan process" with the consumer in mind. She wanted to provide exceptional service for her clients and and create long-lasting relationships with them. She wanted to create a culture that provided an experience, not just a loan.TJ started off with one other employee in the basement of an office building in suite MM, (hence our famous M&M's) and together they started down the path that lead us where we are today.We are a fun, dynamic team who cares about what we are doing.
