So that you can enjoy your event, we will always have at least one team member at the event to ensure it runs smoothly. The Ezy platform can be fully customised; incorporating yours and the exhibitors branding, choosing the event layout, adding a welcome video, creating a virtual bar for post-event drinks and networking. If you can think of it, we can do it, give us an event brief and we can handle the rest. At each event we safely collect, analyse and produce data reports to show how many and how the attendees navigated the event, the average time spent at the exhibitor stands, which can be used for post-event marketing.
