Well, people say we're great at what we do. We hit impossible deadlines, produce to crazy turnarounds, understand colour and all the complexities of print, but you'd expect us to say that. Perhaps what you wouldn't expect is the rest of what we can do – print is just the start of something beautiful. People who work with us say that we're different, that we have a vibe and energy that doesn't quite fit in the printing industry. We're OK with that – we like to be different, and we are. We're creating innovative concepts, doing great design, developing new marketing ideas, managing data, segmenting markets, dropping stuff in the right letterboxes and even inboxes. We're the team you talk to when you want a bit more than just printing. But more importantly than that, we're in the customer service industry. We are a sales business first.Somewhere along the way in the last few years, we developed into a significant sized business and now have lots of people in our ranks – which is great! But we still maintain lots of non-corporate thinking, as we think that's valuable and keeps us sharp. We share more information than most businesses. We are really tight as a team, and always have time for each other. We have lots of team events through the year including an annual weekend away where we ban work-talk. We are much more transparent and open than most businesses our size, we have a very flat hierarchy with open plan offices and casual dress codes. We work in the best place in the world, and invest significant money into our office environment so our building becomes an embodiment of what we do each day. We have the best coffee on the beaches in the heart of our business, we have an on-site gym with the best training kit anywhere, we have chill out zones and Playstations and Back to the Future Monopoly. And we work really really hard every day for our customers – to make money, and to make them money.
