Our mission is to integrate mindfulness into education. We offer online and in-person training courses for adults to learn mindfulness and use it with youth. We are a non-profit organization that has taught thousands of educators, social workers, psychologists, and parents how to use mindfulness with K-12 youth. Mindfulness is a simple but powerful technique to focus attention, manage emotions, handle stress, and resolve conflicts.
